I do not speak German and that is the root of my issue. I signed up online and received my router and SIM card however when I ran into issues. I tried to call for customer service no one spoke English. eventually I tried to cancel it because I had to go with another service that had customer service in English. Again when I had to call to cancel nobody spoke English. After a couple of months of this I had friend go into a local store and was informed that I could not cancel until the end of my contact even though I still did not have service. I then page through the end of my two year contract and closes my bank account because I left Europe and returned to the U.S.A. Still I am getting notices of account balances due I will not pay any more. I have already payed over a 1000 euro for a service I never received and simple want this to end.
