Hi,

I need to cancel my order for an 02 Home spot. I did the order online on the O2 website without having an O2 account.

I accidentally gave the wrong email adress so I do not have access to a confirmation email.

I have tried calling the O2 service number and 02 order hotline but I get no answer, just an automatic voice mail.

 

I am totally at a loss how I could solve this on my own. I speak only beginners level German so it is very hard for me to gain information.

Hello @Anna Hasselqvist and welcome to our o2 community :-)

I had a look into this and found a dataset under the same email address that you used to register for our o2 community.

Was this issue maybe already solved? Or are there still open questions were we should have a look into? :-)

Problem was solved! I contacted customer service over the phone. However there is a long automated message in german where the caller has to answer certain questions. That creates huge obstacles for a non German client to reach your customer service. That creates a lot of stress during an urgent situation... 

 

However I am not a client with O2 after this and will not need your services anymore. Will need to turn to a company that can assist clients who are non-german native speakers, which should be standard in 2021. Oh well.
