regarding router i do not see it clearly stated if I had id rented or purchased.
Also this article that you have sharded is not really useful. i see to set priority notice, but i can’t find it anywhere in menu and also link is just back to home page.
You don't know whether you use your own router or whether you rented it from us?
I'm happy to take a look at it, but since you aren't registered with a phone number here in the community, we would have to please switch to private messages first, where we can then exchange all the data we need.
