Hello! 

I am moving to new flat(within one city). Checked the availability of o2 DSL connection there, but got "Unfortunately, O 2 DSL is not available at your place of residence.". Can i now cancel my existing contract? What is the process for that? Should i write a letter or call?

@Sanat i think you have a 24 month term contract. Please use official way over „mein o2 Portal. If it not working use this pdf.
