Hello, I have a completely new Fritz! Box 6660 cable with a Vodafone cable and an O2 internet contract.  My internet was set up by O2 two days ago.

    I'm trying to enable the internet on a MacBook Pro laptop and iPhone over Wi-Fi.  If I go to fritz.box, everything is fine until I select the Internet provider: I click on "Other" (because they don't have a direct O2 option). It then takes me to the activation portal (avm.de/laeuft), but the page will never load. It doesn't work on any device. I've been told this could be an IP address problem, but I have no idea what to do to fix it.

    I speak English - every time I call O2 for help they immediately hang up because I request English. Please help!

Could you ask a german speaking person to call our customer support in your name to set up a trouble ticket? 

I am afraid we cant solve your connection problem here via o2 community.
