Can't create an account for DSL, it asks for "Persönliche Kundenkennzahl " which I don't have

Hello everyone,

I have the DSL since 1 year (the O2 my Home L), but I don’t have an O2 account linked to my DSL account. When I try to create an account, it asks me for the “Persönliche Kundenkennzahl ” which I don’t have (I have only received the: “Willkommen_bei_o2.pdf” after line activation, which contains the line number, and some data access). How can I proceed creating an account for my DSL?

Thank you.

Hello @mounir_de ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

The “persönliche Kundenkennzahl” is a four digit number that you should have chosen directly when you ordered your contract. If you don’t remember the number anymore, the quickest way to get it back would be to visit an o2 Shop close to you, show your personal ID to verify yourself and ask for the number. Outside of that we’d have to send the number to you via letter, which would take up a few days until it would reach you.

Kind regards, Sven
