I recently subscribed to O2 DSL S and somehow I cannot confirm my email address.
It says on my account that a confirmation email was sent to my email box but I do not receive it:
“E-Mail Bestätigung abschließen:
Wir haben Ihnen eine E-Mail mit einem Bestätigungs-Link zugesendet. Bitte prüfen Sie Ihren E-Mail Posteingang.”
I tried to resend the confirmation email several times but it never worked. It’s not in the spam box and my email address is correctly written.
Could you help me with that?
