I’ve received an email from O2 asking me to confirm my email account (I just ordered an Internet package from O2), but when I click to confirm and login with this email it just says “
Aufgrund technischer Probleme können Ihre Daten in Mein O2 derzeit nicht geladen werden. Bitte probieren Sie es später noch einmal oder versuchen es alternativ in der Mein O2 App.

What should I do? I use this email as an account to browse and post only on the forums, and I have no idea how to actually register the the package I’ve bought to this account…I’ve also downloaded the Mein O2 app and it won’t even let me log in with this account information. Can someone help me?
