Hello,

I’ve received an email from O2 asking me to confirm my email account (I just ordered an Internet package from O2), but when I click to confirm and login with this email it just says “

Entschuldigung

Aufgrund technischer Probleme können Ihre Daten in Mein O2 derzeit nicht geladen werden. Bitte probieren Sie es später noch einmal oder versuchen es alternativ in der Mein O2 App.

Gerne helfen wir Ihnen unter 0800 80 87 187 telefonisch weiter.

What should I do? I use this email as an account to browse and post only on the forums, and I have no idea how to actually register the the package I’ve bought to this account…I’ve also downloaded the Mein O2 app and it won’t even let me log in with this account information. Can someone help me?

I’m the original poster, I finally figured out how to make a real account but apparently these accounts don’t come with the ability to post on the forums….and it says my email is already registered (?) so I just used a new email address.

So everything is fine now I would say. It’s just really bizarre how it took this long (over a month) just to be able to see my account information online! It doesn’t really increase my confidence at all in the company, but for now everything is working fine :)
