I recevied my router Fritz!Box 6660 last Friday (April 23th). To check whether the installation was successful, I connect the router before my activation day (May 7th). However, the O2 start page is not displayed to me. 

It’s hard for me to call customer hotline because I cannot understand Germany.

What should I do?

Could you ask a german speaking friend to call on your behalf?

I assume thats a easier than calling the hotline and get an english speaking colleague on the line.
