Hello,

Actually I have moved to a new appartment, and I have a signed a new contract with o2, I received today my rooter. The problem is that I work online and I really need the internet asap. 

It is planned to be turned ON, the 10th of august which is a really big problem for me, is it possible to have it sooner ? Can I do something from my side so it starts working without waiting 1 month ?

I have applied for the activation date to be brought forward for your cable connection. Depending on the approval by the cable provider, it will be next week probably.

@o2_Giulia danke für die Info, dass bei Kabelanschlüssen sowas möglich ist.

ja, das ist in der Tat möglich. Vorraussetzung hierfür ist, dass die Installation des Kabelanschlusses bereits abgeschlossen ist (war hier der Fall) und dass der Kunde bereits einen Router hat/erhalten hat.
