cable router keeps blinkings


Hi,

I   transferred  contract from my friend ( this process took more than 3 weeks ) and then my account got activated and then I ordered   Fritz!Box 6660 . , the box arrived soon . Even though I got an email that the activation was successful (in the absence of the router😒),  when I received the router there wasn’t a multimedia connector I had too call again 4- 5 times to order this …  after the setup, nothing seems to work (no internet connection). The ‘power on’ light keeps blinking without end. I have called Support several times,  in English, yet nothing seems to work yet …

 I need  some help from the community. Please help as quickly as possible. Thanks

I can't quite understand your description. If you took over the o2 Home contract from the previous tenant, why didn't you also take over their router and adapter? How else did the previous contract partner from whom you took over the contract use the cable connection in your flat?

Apparently there is a problem with your cable connection. I'm sorry for that. Normally the router is not replaced when the contract owner changes. Did your previous tenant use their own router?

Have you already been able to make an appointment with a technician with our technical support?
