How do I order a new Cable modem . I have an existing contract (new) however I did not add the Modem to it as I thought my existing router would work. But it doesn't work with the O2 Cable Internet.

 

I need a new compatible Modem.

buy you own cable modem (if you schuld get it vom TV socket).

If you have DSL (Telefon socket) 

than you could buy a 75[1,2,3,9]0.

 

Or rent from O2, But than you have to pay a one time fee of 49,99€ and P&P 9,99€

And the monthly fee.

    The cable modem must comply with the technical cable standard DOCSIS 3.1. As rental devices for our cable connections, we offer the Fritzbox 6660 and 6690, as schluej already wrote.
