Cable internet not initiated for a week


Hi 

I have taken a O2 cable connection and for the past 3 weeks I am only waiting for it to be activated.

i have been given a ticket no. and nobody seems to be knowing what is the issue. no service technician has visited yet, they keep saying he will be coming soon,

I asked for a date and the answer is ASAP. totally unprofessional service and absolutely no positive response.

I think i made a big mistake going with O2.

Hello @Gavin_1379 and welcome in our o2 community 😄

Having to wait long for the internet activation is always annoying, i know what you mean. The actiavtion can take a bit, thats nothing to worry about. But could you tell me the ticket number you received? 
We can have a look on what the currnet progress says. 

I am quite positive, that we will fix that pretty soon 🙂
