Hello got communicated my cable internet is activated today at 8am but still I am without internet, was told to wait 3-4 hours before trying again. Still isn’t working.

Called the service line suggested on the Service app, but was all in German so failed to get through.
Called the english service line but they put be through to Tech Support… but Tech Support didn’t speak English. 

What the best way to resolve this? Is it possible to cancel my contract with O2?
My main reason signing up O2 was the English support but realising Tech Support unfortunately isn’t...

In your other post I read that you want to use your own router. Do you already do that and if so, which one is it and what is its name?
