Hello,

I was having the O2 DSL Broadband Contract that ended in the first week of September. I forgot the exact date and “My O2” doesn’t show it due to some technical reasons. Strangely I am still getting the bill after 2 months. 

 

Current Invoice said 

€23.57
Last invoice from 11/24/2022 due on 12/01/2022

 

I don’t understand why am I being billed? When does it stop?

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

We generally bill retroactively with our contracts, but if the contract ended in September you shouldn’t have received another bill for that now. As such I’d guess that you also had a router from us to go along with your contract and that you haven’t returned the unit yet. The router is a rental and has to be returned with the end of the contract, else it gets billed. If you return the unit timely the billed amount will get reimbursed, the necessary document to send back the router can be found in the Online-Retourenportal.
