i am writing this to find out what’s the problem with my DSL internet connection. 
I have been using it for over 4 years, and this internet connection problem has been there for longer than 1 year. 
so, it appears like the photo I have uploaded and goes for 20-30min,  and sometimes just red blinking light over INFO. 
And often, it comes for 2 mins or so and goes for 5 mins and it keeps repeating. Imagine how annoying it would be. I have the connection failure almost everyday. 

I have cancelled the contact already and it will end soon, however I still would like to know why this keeps happening. I definitely DO NOT THINK this internet connection is worth 35 euros a month!
