If the DSL landline connection is not reaching the connection speed as expected there are many possible reasons for this.

To have a quick check at the connection feel free to use our o2 my Service App. May be this already solves this issue? If it should persist I recomment to contact our technical DSL team to have a deeper look into thi.s You can reach our colleagues either via phone or via WhatsApp.
