As the titles says, I am still receiving monthly bills of my old contract. I terminated my contact via meinO2 and then also via phone call in September. This is a DSL contract with 1 month Kündigungsfrist. I did not rent any device from O2. I was a client of O2 for more than 2 years. I have received a letter with the confirmation of the contract termination. I tried again cancelling my contract 3 more times via phone and I was told that my contract was terminated even though my account in MeinO2 is still active. I went to a physical shop of O2 and spoke directly to O2 colleague and they told me that there was a system problem with billing and it will be fixed and should receive a confirmation. 3 weeks have passed and I have no news and I was still billed for the month of December, 3 months after I terminated the contract. I have no option than to dispute direct debit. 

 

Please fix this. Do not bill me again, I will dispute your direct debit again. This is very unprofessional from your billing department.

while it is unfortunate that this all took some time, I’ve got good news for you. The contract itself is terminated and you also don’t need to worry about the bill. There’s going to be a credit transfer to equalize the balance and at that point everything will finally be over. So please just be patient a little while longer.

I had a similar situation. And it really annoying now

I had a very bad experience with o2. I ordered a o2 test sim card for a month. After one month there was a billed i paid it. It debit from my account it got cancelled. I paid then the bill from bank transfer. After that a late fee charge of 4 Euro every month. Even i paid in advance the bill, its now more then a year. I m getting email of a bill. I called several times on customer service and o2. They told me you have no contract and no bill. But we do not know why you getting E-Mail of the bills. Is it a system failure. You already paid the bill. He dropped my call by saying i cannot helped you further. Call us other time. 

 

I mean why then you make a help line . if you cannot help someone. I wrote even letter by post. Now how can i get rid of getting E-Mail from o2. They debited each month from my bank account. And i cancelled it all the time. But then getting E-Mail for a new bill.

 

I m Waiting for the a proper conversation. Its really bad experience to order a sim.

Nice of you to get in touch with us and I apologise that you are not satisfied with our service. The test card is actually free of charge. Are you sure you didn't order a prepaid card or something similar?
How much is the bill you received?

@o2_Flo  i already paid all my dues. But still im getting Bill. Can i know why. I m paying 4 Euros each month. I called several times o2. They said we do not know why you getting E-Mails. Your payment are arrived. Can someone help me now with it ? This month i also paid 4 Euros. He talk with me in German. I try many times on English as well. But as i know now there is no hope. They told me we cannot Auszahlen. I told my bank is not anymore same. So change my bank details. They said we cannot change even that because you are not our customer. Tell me what i do. Should i pay this 4 Euro whole my life ??

Are you sure that this is an invoice and not a remaining credit balance? Could you send me the customer number via private message to @o2_Support  If it is your former contract, please also add the four-digit personal customer number. Please write to me again here afterwards!

@o2_Flo the problem still exists. I got no support last month happened same in January. They told me to pay. I paid but there is always Rucklastschriftgebühr. 4 Euro . The reason i told at every platform. The only issue is i changed the bank. I donot use the bank anymore. Every time i get a bill of 4 Euro of paying late or due to Return debit. Why paying late because i got E-Mail from there i know i have bill i need to pay. If for example the last date to pay is 27th Feburary. This time again i paid on 26th Feburary. So I know i m also working with International company. That the 4 Euro receive always within  3 to 4 working days regardless of whatever. This is happeneing with me from the last year. I got a headache from the o2. Honestly, 0 poor service. I regret of ordering a test card sim. I wish i never order that sim. I already message on o2 support. I need a peace about this problem
