Today I had a technician to connect to the Internet and I realized that I would not get a router.
I ordered "My office L" by mistake without a router.
Is it possible to get a router from you?
Can I change the tariff from My office L to My home L?

There is no need to apologize for writing in english, that is exactly what this part of our community wasmade for :-)
If you order a DSL contract and realize you forgot to order a DSL router with it you can get in touch with our customer service to rent one from us ;.)
You also have the possibility to use a compatible router from the free market that supports VDSL (super)vectoring and is not any provider device, so please don’t buy a used Homebox, Easybox or Speedport router since they might not work with your DSL connection.
