Hello,

I recently signed up for a the DSL service from O2, which will start in April. I’ve received several emails telling me I can login to my O2 account to see the status of the installation and everything, and it says “ Ihren persönlichen Registrierungslink für das Mein o2 Kundenportal haben Sie bereits per E-Mail von uns erhalten “ However I haven’t actually received this email? I made this account manually myself just to post on the forums. How can I link this account I have now to view the status of my order? Can you send me the activation link to my email?

Hi,

I have received the email now. However when I click the link it tells me the email is already used so I can’t make an account with the registration, and thus I can’t see my actual order information on this site. How do I delete my account or link my order information to this account? or can someone do it for me?

I posted almost a week ago and nobody has responded. Could you delete my account for me??
