I ordered a sim card for the O2 MyHome LTE internet and followed the steps for activation on 18.08.2023. There has been no confirmation that the sim card has been activated yet and i have restarted my modem several times since then and it is still not working. It says that it may take up to 48 hours for the activation, but it has now been over that already and there is still no email.

Please help.

I can see that your contract has been activated, so that shouldn’t be an issue with its usage. Have you already tried inserting the simcard in a normal smartphone? Does the simcard get recognized there or is it not usable there either?
