Activation Date

Hello

 

I have an activation date scheduled for 2 weeks from now. I do not require a technician for installation and it will be done remotely. Is there any possibility to have a sooner connection date? I have called English customer support however did not get any information as the receiver was only speaking in German.

Unless otherwise requested, we always set the earliest possible date with the local DSL network service provider. Therefore, it is usually not possible to change the activation date to an earlier date, sorry!
