About the DSL payment

I withdraw the O2 DSL fee wrongly,

how could i fix this problem,

will the dsl disconnect in a few days?

Welcome to our o2 community.

Just transfer the open amout (you withdrawed wrongly) plus 4 Euros to

HypoVereinsbank München 
IBAN: DE16 7002 0270 0005 7131 53 
BIC: HYVEDEMMXXX.

 

Please use your customer account number in the reference line when transferring the money, no more infos there are needed. 

(your customer accountnumber is a 10 digit number which should start with 60xxxxxxxx.
