Do you get a separate invoice for each contract or only one for both together?
If the former, you can enter a different bank account in "my o2" for each contract.
If the latter, then that is not possible.

Of course, it is possible to split your 2 contracts from each other so that you will have 2 customer-numbers with 2 different invoices in the future.
The question is only if you probably get a combination-benefit (a so called “Kombivorteil”) on one of your contracts. If this is the case the splitting will result in losing this benefit.
Can you please check that before we split your contracts?
Furthermore, the splitting will be charged with a one-time-fee of 29,99 €. Maybe there is a possibility to prolong one of your contracts already? In this case there is the possibility to reduce this fee.
