My internet Connection was supposed to be activated on 16th November now due to technician delay. It is getting activated on 3rd December. o2 Hot line said meanwhile I can order a Sim card . So I ordered it but the SIM Card only has 3 GB of data. Will they not provide unlimited data till my internet is activated

I am sorry to hear that the activation of your DSL connection was delayed. In cases like this we have the possibility to send a SIM card with an special data optiona actiavted so you can access the internet until the DSL connection is established. Since it is not a special tariff but just an option added to the tariff it may seems like there is just a limited data package available but I am sure you will find that you have a package that should meet your needs :-)

the contract for the SIM will not be deactivated automatically. I recommend writing a letter so it can be deactivated before the free month runs out. I a msure the DSL connection will be up and running at this point :-)
