'Zugangsdaten' for O2 Homebox 6641


I am a new customer. And I need a PIN for my HomeBox 2 (6641).







I have received the O2 Homebox 6641 and it has been a week since the telephone operator has activated the internet line now. But while i try to configure and set up the the internet it is asking me for something called as 'credentials' while setting up the internet it is asking for 'access code' which is not available anywhere in the documents I have received until so far. Can you please let me know what is this 'access' code and where can I find this?



I tried to use chat, But They Do not Support in English. I checked my emails twice but did not find any PIN.You gave me all I need: the router, the technician, you activated my subscription. It is really annoying!



BUT WHERE IS MY PIN CODE ??? So I can start using my Internet. !

Just an update. I cannot login because I do not have Zugangs-PIN and not Zugangsdaten.

I do not want the telephone service at all. I just need internet badly and I have all the devices and your O2 person was here and he checked the connections and asked me to connect the Homebox once I get it. It simply does not connect. I need help urgently. Please let me know what is to be done.
