Hello everyone,

German language is not my strong side, so I hope that someone can help me in english.

Recently, I have terminated my contract with O2 for internet connection because I'm moving to another country. Yesterday I got an e-mail with confirmation of termination date and with information that I should give back technical equipment to O2. I have only router (HomeBox2). However, at the beginning of my contract with O2 I paid for this router 49,99 EUR + 9,99 EUR shipping costs. My question is, if should I give it back or it's myy own property right now?

Best regards

Piotr

49,99 EUR is a lending charge and 9,99 EUR are shipping costs. The device remains property of O2. Therefore its has to be returned to o2, otherwise you will have to pay the full price of the device.

The device can only be used for your o2 DSL connection and is useless for any other purpose.

Hi,

you must sent bach the router because the 49,99 be only rental fee. So sent it back for free with the lable you have got from o2 or print it here o2.de.

Please take the delivery document for 2 years because if the logistical do somthing wron you must offer o2 that you have sent back otherwise you must pay the router.

Have a nice trip and a good time 😀

hi Jogi!

finally my connection worked!

Emanuel sent me a new modem and that was ok.

But now I need to return the old one.

I have the label, but I was told I need to give it to UPS.

Not DHL/Hermes offices.

Is it correct?

Thank you.

Hi,

no, you can sent back the router with DHL.

Please recieve the back-sent lable wich you get in the post office for 2 years or until o2 write you that the router is back.

Greetz

thanks a lot
