o2 homebox 6641 telefonie deaktiviert

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe heute die o2 Homebox 6641 angeschlossen und eingerichtet. Bis auf die Telefonie funktioniert auch alles.

Das schnurlose Mobilteil ist auch verbunden, nur kann ich nicht telefonieren.

Schnurlostelefon-Basis DECT-Basisstation ist aktiviert.


Kann jemand helfen?

Ich glaube Du musst bei der Rufnummer noch einen Haken bei Aktiv setzen.

I also have the same problem like Matt- Eagle.

Would it be possible to get a callback in English ?

I have tried calling the support but I waited long time without any success.

My internet and telephone is not working.

I received new modem O2 homebox.

This was installed and worked for a week and hasn't worked since.

It seems the connection has been cut off.

have same Problem for last 5 days. It started that my fritzbox 7490 Internet and telephone was cut off from one day to the other. Instead of fritzbox  which did not work despite all efforts and tricks I then  exchaned the Fritz by a new O2 homebox 6641. I somehow managed to obtain with the o2 Homebox an Internet Connection but still wait for "Telephonie"  which was is said  to be "deactivated". After at least 3-4 hours spending spending on Handy Service calls (calling resp. waiting) I'm rather frustrated. Nothing happens! It's  rather unbelievable ! No message - no nothing from o2!
