Hi everyone

I recently purchased two devices from O2—a MacBook and an iPhone 15—and I am writing to request guidance on updating my bank account details for the installment payments.

Could you please advise on the process for changing my bank account information? If possible, let me know if this can be done online through my O2 account or if there is a specific form I need to complete.

If you have registered your contract numbers for My o2, you can view your installment plan there.

Registration as a MyHandy customer


Yes, I registered, and at first, I could see it on just one of my devices. But after logging in again, it disappeared! how ever it showed just one of my devices!! its very not user friendly!


my Handy contracts can only be registered separately. You then have to register separately.


i did that and this is the error : query did not return a unique result: 2

 

did you also register the contract number? The ad actually only appears if you register with an email address.


yes i did that. the main problem is why cant i see the detailed of my first device which was shown to me,and about email , when i want to log in with email this happens : We do not know your username. Please check your input.

As written, you have to register the other my Handy contract separately using the contract number.
