• If you have a contract with Flex in the name, no. You can cancel this contract the next Month.
• If you have a contract with out Flex in the name you have a runtime of 24 Months.
  With in the 24 Month you can only cancel after the 24 Month.
  After this 24 Month you can cancel the contract to the next Month.

What does flex means ??  They have given me an option to pay early if i wish to. 

I really like to close my contract after 3 months by paying once at all..!  But i have heard that it could cost me more money . Just like an penality or fine when  we do an contract termination

A contract with flex in the name (e.g. O2 Mobile M Flex) could be canceled at the and of the next month.

All other contracts have a runtime of 24 Month. U are not able to end the contract bevor the end of the 24 Month. Just don’t use the SIM if you don’t want the contract and pay every month.

Not sure if you will get out if you pay the rest at once. So if you pay 20€ and 20 Month are left than you have to pay 400€.

I have bought a laptop with contract without tariff . I wish to end premature my contract within next 4 months .so I wish to know if there any hidden charges or amount, when we close the contract

An early termination of the "my Handy" contract does not cost anything extra, only the outstanding balance of the purchase price is due.

So you have bought hardware and are paying for it in instalments. Yes, you can pay the remaining amount without any extra costs.
If you can see the contract in Mein O2, you can end the contract there. O2 then deducts the remaining amount.

as schluej has said if you just want to pay the remaining installments as soon as possible, then there are no additional fees or costs associated with that.
