No Internet after the DSL installation

Dear O2 Support,

Yesterday the technician came for the installation appointment, and verified that the line is OK, but the router is in the same state as before: Power and WLAN in constant green, but nothing else.

If we tried to access the message is the same :

"L-Kabel an und warten auf die erfolgreiche Anschlusserkennung anhand der nachfolgenden Statusmeldungen. Klicken Sie danach auf den "Weiter"-Button.
Status der Aktivierung
Bitte überprüfen Sie die Verkabelung Ihrer o2 HomeBox
Hilfe
Ihre o2 HomeBox bietet Ihnen zugleich DSL-und Telefoniemöglichkeiten."

Could you tell me which is the next step? We need Internet since the first week of February

Hello @luuke,
I had a look at your DSL connection, to me it seems like it is up and running now, can you confirm this?
