Dear Concern,
I bought O2 Data bundle sim of 150 GB on 3rd of September. And now it shows on my online portal that it is just 5GB and it is consumed. Can you please help me to solve this problem. The service is too bad that the helpline is not 24 hours and even when I am calling in the morning the call is not going through. I think O2 should focus on their satisfaction even after the bad reviews.
