Balance is not recharged

Hallo,

Sorry I don't speak German.

I transferred 10 euro via bank transfer to recharge my balance around 11:30 today. Is it normal my balance is still not recharged yet even after more than 7 hours? When can I expect to get my balance recharged? I trasferred the money as instructed with the details below,

Hi @willyfh,

welcome to the o2 community!

While a bank tranfer itself can be initiated pretty quickly, especially when it's done online, it can take a while before that transfer is complete in terms of triggering the recharge of the actual prepaid account.

But I can see that your account was successfully recharged less than a day later. ☑️

    I am now waiting the fourth day, monday until today, thursday. Service says the weekend must be the reason for the delay and he can not do anything for me.

    there has been a recharge on your account today and the o2 My Prepaid Basic item was charged, is that the way you wanted it?
