Last month I was charged:
- 19.99 EUR on 01.08
- 9.99 EUR on 16.08
- 15.00 EUR on 21.08
- 19.99 on 29.08
Is this correct?
- 19.99 EUR on 01.08 <-- Prepaid Data Pack XL
- 9.99 EUR on 16.08 <-- Prepaid S
- 15.00 EUR on 21.08 <-- Loop
- 19.99 on 29.08 <-- Prepaid Data Pack XL
If so, please cancel my Prepaid S! And can someone tell me what I'm paying for with the loop???
If you only want to keep your "o2 my Prepaid Data Pack XL" I can cancel the "o2 my Prepaid S" package. At the moment both packs will be charged in case of enough credit on your card.
