I have not received my S10+ which I ordered 3 days back. Please let me know the confirmation in my gmail. There is a problem with your system when I try to access it via the website or My O2 service.

Sometimes it takes some additional time for an order to be completed and dispatched, especially when there’s a weekend involved.
