I want to cancel my dsl contract as I am moving out of Germany next week. What is the procedure to cancel my contract. Where to send my Modem device. Kindly do the needful.

the adress to cancel youre contract is right. A Ticket for send back the router for free you can print out here o2.de (klick on "Rücksendeschein ausdrucken", you find it at the end of the page).

- To send the Modem device using DHL Return Form at free of cost
- To send written cancellation Letter along with de-registration Certificate and Modem Shipment Receipt to following Address:

Hi,
i don´t know how o2 will handle this problem, so please wait a few houres/days for an moderator to get an offical answer.
Because it is in my opinion a very few time to cancel send the cancellation realy fast to o2, the fastest way is to send a fax to 01805-880088 (don´t forget signature!).

your contract has still a minimum term until January 2018. If you leave Germany next week, your cancellation is now somewhat in the short term.
As soon as we have received your notice of cancellation, as well as your deregistration certificate, my colleagues will process them as soon as possible. But please reckon with a few weeks of processing time.
