O2 wifi router issue

Ich habe o2 router (o2 box 6431) von fb marketplace (Berlin) gekauft. Ich kann keine Verbindung herstellen, um meinen o2-Router zu konfigurieren (ich kann nicht auf Optionen klicken)
1. Was ist Pin 10 Digit Pin? wo kann ich es finden?
2. Alles funktioniert, nur "info" -Lampe leuchtet rot und im o2-Handbuch steht, dass Sie eine 10-stellige PIN eingeben müssen. Wenn Sie die PIN fünfmal falsch eingeben, ist sie dann gesperrt? (Ich habe die PIN nie eingegeben und weiß nicht, ob der Router gesperrt ist oder nicht.) Finde angehängte Bilder.
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn Sie mir eine Lösung oder eine c.care-Nummer / E-Mail geben würden.

I bought o2 router (o2 box 6431) from fb marketplace (Berlin). I'm not able to configure my o2 router (I'm not able to click on options ) 
1. What is pin 10 digit pin? where Can I find it? 
2. Everything is working just "info" light is red and in o2 manual it says you need to enter 10 digit pin and if you enter pin wrong for 5 times then it's lock? (I never entered pin and I don't know if router is lock or not. ) Find attached images.
It would be really helpful if you provide me solution or c.care number/email.

@publicemail11 but you can’t use the homebox from Facebook marketplace. o2 coupled it with the customer account. The homebox is electronic waste for you. Sorry.  @Sandroschubert information is to 100% correct.

If you have an o2 router original rented from o2 you find the Voip Pin in the Email „Willkommen bei o2“ attached pdf.

Think about a Fritzbox 7530. But you must find the email for you DSL username and password. Or you have access to your „mein o2“ customercenter? Here you find the data too.

    du kannst keine Homebox nutzen die irgendwo gekauft wurde. Wenn muss diese direkt von O2 sein.

        All routers from o2 are rented to the specific customer. They remain the property of o2. That’s they can not be bought or sold. Return the device to where you got it from.
