But now I have moved to a new address. Can I buy O2 Homebox DSL router from O2 shop separately?

no the O2 Router is for rent only!
After the contract ends, you have to send the router back to O2.
A inexpensive and very good router, even easy to use is the AVM Fritzbox 7530.
And the router will work with any German DSL line.
The price is about 100€ at amazon (for example). You could also look at your local e.g. Saturn market.
