    Hello,

     

    I apologize I do not speak German.

    I have the same problem. I received a first e-mail saying I would have received another one with the contract details, but it has been 2 weeks now and I have not received anything.

    I have to install a new router and I do not know how to set it up without the codes.

    Can you help me please?
