Hello Alex,the 28th is the date that the local provider confimed us as the date that the activation will take place.

It is necessary that the technician has access to the flat you live in and also to the so called APL (the first connection point in the building).

Please make sure, that access is possible, either you or a person of age whom you trust is on place and that the name is wirtten on the bell sign and the bell is working.

The timeframe as confirmed is between 12 to 16.

Hello Alex,

yes, that is something were your landlord should be able to provide further information. The APL is a little grey box where all the telephone cables from the building are running into and one bigger cable will lead to the network outside the building.
