i have made a contract 4 weeks ago with your service center at Ottobrunn the new address i wanted the service to be was mentioned in the contract , the contract id is



EPOS02006586256027



Today (11/8) i was told by another service center at the new address that O2 does NOT operate here and if so the service needs at least 6 weeks



I was deceived twice by the first service center at Ottobrunn , so i will cancel (terminate) in german (beenden) the contract before it even starts
As you made the contract in a shop, you cannot withdraw from the contract like you could, if you had made it online or by phone.



If o2 is able to deliver the service even with a delay you have to fulfill the contract for at least until the end of ist term.

as far as I can see we sent you a letter were we asked you to contact our customer service by phone because we need some more information regarding this DSL contract. So I suggest you contact our customer servcie and I am sure that this issue can be solved.
