Contract termination O2 DSL

***Now even after 2 months its not terminated and they are charging again. I called hotline and they are saying its not terminated. I have already returned by device and I am no more in that apartment.I am frustrated with this kind of O2 service.

@Rakesh_butta Was your DSL tariff a 24 months or flex contract?

Joe Doe its a Flex contract. they asked me to just inform 1month prior before termination

and thx to @Joe Doe. As far as I can see my colleagues already adjusted the problem. They credited the forthcoming basic charges and arranged a payout for the last two month. Your contract is going to be terminated in February 10th 2020.

Everything will be fine now.

For December its already deducted from my account, please let me know when its going to be credited back.

You said contract is going be terminated in Feb 2020, until that will be charged every month or there wont be any deductions ? as my contract already should be terminated in Nov 2019 itself.
