Access to Mein O2

Hello,

I need to access my Mein O2 account to modify my home adress, and then to cancel my o2 DSL S Flex contract.

However, it has been impossible so far. I made my order using the email adress that I am using to write this message, and your bills have no problem finding me under this adress. But when I try to recover a password that you never let me define, an error message telling me that this email adress is unknown is displayed. Therefore, I tried to register as an O2-DSL client, entering the fixed line phone number shown in my contract, but then I am asked a “Kundenkennzahl” with 4 numbers, which I am supposed to find in my contract, but which isn’t there.

Can you give me an adress to which I can send you the relevant documents, so that I can access my Mein O2 account ?

Best regards,

Florian MITTELETTE

You have chosen the 4-digit PKK (“persönliche Kundenkennzahl”)  yourself when ordering the o2 DSL connection.
If you ordered via an intermediary such as Check24, you have been informed of the PKK by the intermediary.
If you have not yet registered for "Mein o2" so far, you will have to do this yourself now.  o2 DSL bills are not sent by e-mail but are made available to the customer in "Mein o2".
For the cancellation according to o2 general terms and conditions the text form is agreed upon, i.e. you can send a letter or a fax. Do not forget your signature! If you wish, you can use the cancellation form for this.
For Flex contracts (without minimum contract period) the notice period is 4 weeks to the end of a calendar month. The date of receipt of the cancellation by o2 is decisive.

If you have received a router from o2, you must return it when your contract ends. Please use the o2 DSL returns portal for this.

Hello,

Thank you for your quick answer. I am now able to access the “Mein O2” space.

In the cancellation form that you joined to your message, there are two adresses:

-Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG Kundenbetreuung 90345 Nürnberg

-Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG Georg-Brauchle-Ring 50 80992 München

To which one should I send the cancellation form ? If it is to the first quoted adress, is it normal that there isn’t any street nor house number ?

Best regards,

Florian MITTELETTE

This is clearly indicated on the form. It says:
Return to the address beside:

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
Kundenbetreuung
90345 Nürnberg

If you do not understand German, please use translation aids.

This is a high volume customer address, which is defined by the postal code. There are no recipients other than Telefónica at this address. Therefore it is not necessary to specify a street.
