I am subscribed to the O2 Free Unlimited Max Online contract and I wish to access my router remotely through the internet, specifically my DSM in the WAN. However, it appears that the O2 firewall is preventing connections to my router, as indicated by the tracert result.
I have taken the necessary steps of enabling PING FROM WAN on my ZTE MC801A router, but I still can't seem to ping the router. I'm unsure whether the O2 network is blocking my access or if there's an error on my end. If the former is the case, please advise on how I can request a change to this rule.
