Hello,

 

An unlucky story. I had Internet-Festnetz, which did not work after I changed my city. But in O2 Kundenservice they told me all is OK, it is because my mobile phone is old. Just a bit before that I got a Combi Paket (Mobil Funk) 50 % Discount, because I use Internet-Festnetz . So,at the end they told me my Internet-Festnetz doesn not work well because O2 does not have Netz around. 

Because of the technical reason, I was ennabled to remove this Internet-Festnetz. After that they cancelled my 50 % Discount for the Combi Paket. 

 

In this case of course, I have a question, why? Because it was not my fault, if they had a technical issue with Internet-Festnetz. 

 

I went to O2 Kundenservice, I called hotline. Nothing. It was an unlucky decision for me use O2. I do not recomment to anyone. When everything is good, they are with you, when you have a question, they ignore and never solve.

Hello @Masev,

the 50% Kombi Discount depends on a first contract which provides the discount for a second contract.

The moment the first contract is cancelled, be it due to cancellation by the customer, due to us not receiving payments or with internet plans when we cannot provide internet for the contract at a new address, the second contract then loses this discount.

Usually it is the landline which is not present at a new adresse or - with internet plans via LTE or 5G - our network at the address not being designed for internet via LTE or 5G which is preventing us from providing the concerned plan.

It might be possible to check whether a change of Tarif with a new discount is possible to lower the monthly fee.
