Hello.  I have a mobile phone contract with TKS easyMobile (TKS1).  I plan to cancel my TKS contract and subscribe to O2 prepaid.  I would like to transfer my phone number as well.  When I access the O2 website to order a Pre-Paid SIM card, there is a section to create an order to port my number to O2.  However, I do not see TKS (or TKS1) as an option.  Is it possible to do this online or must I submit a written form?  Thank you.

Thank you for your question here in the community.

 

You can only port numbers when your current contract expires. You must also inform your provider, or O2 will then contact the provider for porting.

 

A moderator can also do this for you here but until they get back to you it can take up to 14 days due to high demand for help.

If you want to release your number, so that another provider can then request it to be ported over, please contact the hotline or the chat for this process.
