Hello @Tius,

welcome to our community. :relaxed:

If you want to revoke the contract, you can do it via a specific form within 14 days after the order. We have a FAQ, but it’s in german. If you need to help just write us here.

Best regards,

Michi

I'm trying to terminate the contract on the website but it says I need to call them to confirm it and I don't even speak German, what type of poor cancelation policy is this?

I rather terminate this asap then sign up with a different company who's more helpful towards English speakers

Hi @Tius , I am sorry for the issues.

You want to revoke the contract. Is that right? Because when you terminate the contract, as you said in the previous answer,  it will end in 24 months.

But you can revoke the contract within 14 days after the conclusion.

How you can do it is written here: widerrufen und stornieren

Kind Regards, Ines.

Excuses me?

What type of scam is that?

First I don't receive what I order, then when I find this forum after struggling with the language and stores, I have to wait 24 fucking months? This is absolutely the WORST company I have dealt with and I will NEVER in my life recommend this shit to anyone I will highly refer people to avoid it like the plague it is.

No scam, it is called a contract and if you do not understand the terms then you should not enter in to it or you should ask someone who does to help you. Like any contract, you can terminate it by sending a letter to the company. Nobody forces you to phone, this a is just one of several possibilities. Sorry, but you have unrealistic expectations and a bad attitude. The contractual position you are in now would be no different with any other company.

I do understand your frustrations with this. If you are still within the 14-day window, have a look at the screenshot I’ve attached. As for those who think a contract is enforceable just because it’s a “contract” are rather ignorant. It’s always about the fine print, isn’t it? A customer-focused firm and predatory terms are never a match. That said, the pastures are not any greener in the adjacent fields, as long as you want to have phone contract in Germany, so revoke and try again.
