Terminate contract

I bought a contract from Berlin and moved to Schweinfurt. From the day in moved, I am getting less than 10mbps speed. I am paying for up to 300mbps.

I made contract from store but it have a condition that if company is not able to provide service or intented speed , i can cancel or reduce tariffs.

I have been complaining from 2 months and no resolution is given so basically it means company is not able to provide me service which i am paying them for.

I have submitted a termination letter on the O2 portal on 28 Jan, 2026.

O2 have 2 stores here in schweinfurt so giving excuses for location should not be a issue.

The issue is from 2 months so basically i paid for 2 months and got no internet and no service resolution from their side.

This is the speed test from official messung application.

I have requested to cancel my contract by the end of Jan and i am getting billed for Feb so look into that matter too.

Officially I should get back those 2 months payments i made as you failed to provide me service but still , just cancel my contract.

Welcome to the community.
If a fault persists for a long time, it's obviously not pleasant and I can understand that it's annoying for you.

I have just checked and found that the base station at your address is not working properly. Our technical colleagues are already working on a final solution to the problem.
