the information available is about termination of contract, i will be traveling out of Germany for 5 months, and i want to suspend my contract only for that period and to resume after i come back.. meanwhile i want to keep my handy contract going.
i visited one of the shops and they told me there is a form i have to fill, but i need to contact the hotline, and i can't find an english service number.

The Kundenkennzahl is your so called password of 4 numbers. You give it yourself when you make the contract, or if you make the contract online the company automatically gives you a password. It is mentiones in your contract documents.

first about the number, i don't have it , how can i get it or can i send the forms without it?

we're not allowed to tell the personal password to anyone. I can not even give it to you in a private message after you have verified yourself. We only have the option to send it again by post to your German address. Should we do this?
The second is that o2 doesn't offer an e-mail support.
You could also send it via fax: 01805 – 571 766
I can not guarantee that they will work on it when it reaches by fax, but you can tell me when you've sent it and ask again some days later so that I can check if it has reached.

I live in Germany 8 months of the year but the other months I am at home in Canada. I am currently home in Canada and i was looking to temporarily suspend my o2 contract while i was home. Is it possible to have the form sent to me so I can do this?

But for pausing the contract you need to give an official proof that you're staying in another country (like proof of studying or an employment contract, or a marching order for soldiers, or a medical attestation/ proof of a hospital).

I'm looking for temporarily suspend O2 contract, because I absent myself from my college for this summer semester, which is comming, and furthermore I'm currently at home in south korea, so while I stay in Korea, I wanna pause of my contract, can I get the document to it?
