Hello,

I'm Veronica gill. I bought a contract on 13-03-2020. It was samsung s20 ultra. I have received my mobile but still not received my sim card. The only sim card i was given on the shop was for the tablet. And im still waiting for my mobile sim card.

I called so many times on helpline but it was completely disappointing service everytime. One of the customer service officer said that i should use the tablet sim card for my mobile. I did that. But this card only say that i have 3 GB. But when i purchased this contact they said it will 20 GB.

I am completely fed up with your service.

Sorry for the service experience so far. If you use your data card with your mobile you won’t be able to make calls, because it’s a data usage only tariff.

Did you buy your mobile sim card in the shop as well?
